What is the processing time?
Every piece at Eastern Spirit Realm is held in our care with respect.
Once you place an order, we dedicate 24 to 48 hours, seven days a week, to carefully prepare and inspect your items before they begin their journey to your home.

Once your package begins its journey from our temple-inspired warehouse, we are unable to change its path, but we are here to support you every step of the way.
- To ensure our unique spiritual items reach you from our dedicated artisans, some orders are shipped from our overseas heritage center. Please kindly note that any local import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the authentic journey of each piece.

RETURN POLICY
We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange. As long as your item(s) were purchased fromesrealm.comand are still in their original condition, you can return your item back to us! At Eastern Spirit Realm, your happiness is our top priority.
Can I return or exchange an item?
- Yes! We have a 15-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
- Whether it’s an incorrect size, or you just changed your mind, we’ll be glad to help you in getting a refund or replacement!
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I return an item?

- We will get back to you with the return address in 24-48 hours.
- As soon as we receive the item, we will either issue a refund or exchange the product for another one.
When will I get my refund?
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@esrealm.com.
Do I pay for shipping on returns?
- Yes, you need to cover shipment if you wish to return an item to us. You may ship back the item using the carrier of your choice.
- To ensure a pleasant experience, we highly advise using a tracking service when returning an item.
How about damages and issues?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
If you ordered by accident or simply changed your mind, let us know ASAP. If the order wasn't shipped yet, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund.
