About Pixiu

Pixiu is one of the most famous mythical creatures in 5,000 years of Chinese culture and is the ninth son of Long in the ancient Chinese myth of the Long's nine sons.

The image of the Pixiu combines the ferocity of tigers and leopards with the mystique of Long. Legend says that the Pixiu, for violating heavenly rules, had its anus sealed by the Jade Emperor, leaving it with a mouth but no anus.  Since then, it feeds on wealth, only taking in and never expelling, thus becoming a mythical creature that attracts riches.
